Description

No. 43 Main Street is an 18th-century cottage constructed of gault brick, featuring a steeply pitched roof that has been slated. The roof includes a south end parapet supported by kneelers and a dentil eaves cornice. The building has a ridge and an end stack, and it is one storey high with an attic. There are two gable dormers and three ground floor windows, which consist of two small pane horizontal sliding sashes and a hung sash. Additionally, there are two doorways with segmental arches, one of which has a flush panelled door.
