No 21 Ditton Green is a cottage that has been restored to function as a single dwelling. It is possibly from the 17th century and features a timber frame with plastering. The cottage has a thatched roof with a rebuilt ridge stack and is one storey high with an attic. There are two gabled dormer windows with glazing bars and four ground floor casement windows.
