Description

1 Benet Place is an early 19th-century building located on the north side of Lensfield Road. It is constructed of grey gault brick, featuring a band at the first floor level. The building stands three storeys tall and has two windows with 19th-century sash frames. A late 19th-century canted bay window extends through the ground and first floors. The entrance includes a panelled door topped by a traceried fanlight and is sheltered by a deep wrought-iron hood. The roof is hipped and covered with slate. This property is part of a group with Nos 1 to 5 Benet Place.
