Description

No. 13 Fitzwilliam Street is a building dating from around 1830, constructed of grey gault brick. It stands three storeys high with a basement and is divided into two parts with two roof levels. The façade features four windows arranged in a 2:2 pattern, with sash windows that include glazing bars. The entrance has a doorway adorned with pilasters and an entablature designed in the neo-Greek style. The building is topped with a cornice and a hipped slate roof. Additionally, there are cast-iron area railings with vases on the main stanchions. This building is part of a group of listed buildings on Fitzwilliam Street.
