Description

1 King's Parade is an early 19th-century building constructed of painted brick. It features three storeys and a modern attic floor, with a modern shopfront at street level. On the King's Parade side, there are three windows, including one on the canted corner, while the top floor has three windows facing Bene't Street and one below. All the windows are sashes with glazing bars. The building has a parapet with a band, and the roof is not visible. This building is part of a group of listed buildings on the east side of King's Parade.
