Description
No. 3 King's Parade is a mid-19th century building that features a front on a likely older structure. It is constructed of painted brick and stands four storeys tall with three windows. The ground floor has a modern shopfront, while the first and second floors have sash windows, and the top floor has casement windows. The first-floor windows are topped with pediments, and the other windows have architrave surrounds with stucco dressings. There are iron balconies for the first and second-floor windows. A heavy cornice is present at the third-floor level, and a lighter cornice is located at the parapet level, which also includes three recessed panels. The roof is not visible. All the listed buildings on the east side of King's Parade are part of a group.
