Description

No. 9 on King's Parade is an early 19th-century building made of gault brick. It has three storeys and features two windows. The top floor has sash windows with glazing bars, while the first floor windows do not have glazing bars and are complemented by contemporary cast-iron balconies. The shopfront dates from the late 19th century. The building has a parapet with a band, and although the slate roof is not visible, it is part of the structure. All the listed buildings on the east side of King's Parade form a group.
