Description
13 King's Parade is a 19th-century building that stands four storeys tall and features three windows. It is constructed of red brick with long and short stone quoins. The gable is adorned with ornamental bargeboards, and there are sash windows throughout. The ground floor has a modern shop front. This building is part of a group of listed buildings on the east side of King's Parade.
