Description

14 King's Parade is a five-storey building with attics, dating from 1787. It is constructed of brown brick with rubbed red brick dressings and features a fluted plaster frieze below the parapet, as well as bands between the storeys. The building has a tiled roof and two windows with flush frames and glazing bars. There is a modern shop front and a modern parapet, making the roof not visible. Some original panelling and plasterwork still survive. This building is part of a group of listed buildings on the East Side of King's Parade.
