Description

15 King's Parade is a 19th-century building that stands five storeys tall and features two windows. It is constructed of buff brick and has a heavy cornice above the second floor. The windows are set within moulded architrave surrounds and are fitted with iron grilles. A modern top storey has been added, and there is a modern shopfront on the ground floor. This building is part of a group of listed buildings on the east side of King's Parade.
