Description

17 King's Parade is a 16th-century building that has been extensively altered in modern times. It features three storeys with attics, a timber-framed and plastered structure, and a tiled roof. The top floor projects and includes three sash windows with later glazing bars, along with three 18th-century hipped dormers. The front of the building has been restored in a subtle Jacobean style, and there is a modern shopfront. This building is part of a group of listed buildings on the east side of King's Parade.
