Description

10 St Edward's Passage is an early 19th-century building that has undergone alterations to its ground floor in a Gothic style, resulting from the refronting of two houses into one. The structure is made of grey gault brick, with the ground floor rendered. It features a Tudor-style doorway, which is flanked on one side by two pointed arch windows and on the other side by paired windows set within a four-centred arch. Above the ground floor, there is a stucco band. The upper floors contain four sash windows with glazing bars, and there is a band at the eaves level. The roof is not visible due to the parapet. All the listed buildings in St Edward's Passage form a group.
