  1. Late C15 with extensive C19 rebuilding. Limestone and flint rubble, C19 brick and timber framing. C15 nave, largely rebuilt has 2 late C15 windows re-set in north wall each with 2 cinquefoiled lights in square heads. C15 south doorway with hollow chamfered jambs 4 centred head and moulded label. C15 chancel has C19 east window, and C15 window in north wall, of 2 trefoiled lights in a square head. Similar window in south wall. C15 belfry within C19 timber framed and plastered walls. Original main structure remains with arched shores, arch braces,and saltire bracing. Three bays in height, it was formerly capped by a spire. C15 south porch has entrance with moulded jambs and 4 centred head, with carved spandrels. Moulded tie beam and cusped bargeboards. Side windows have 4 centred heads, traceried spandrels, and moulded mullions. Roof is king post and moulded ridge beam with curved braces. (RCHM 1).
