Description
Prosbus Hall is an early 18th century house constructed of red brick featuring flared headers and a red plain tile roof. The building is two storeys high and has an L-shaped plan, with an earlier timber-framed wing at the rear. It has a five-window range of double-hung vertical sliding sashes that include glazing bars and cased frames. The ground floor windows have segmental soffit arches, and there are two gabled casement dormers. Above the six-panelled door, there is a flat moulded canopy supported by brackets. A band runs between the storeys, and the roof is parapeted at the verges. The rear wing dates to the 16th century and retains its original red brick chimney stack.
