1 and 2 Curtis Cottages is an 18th-century house built of plastered brick, topped with a red plain tile roof. The building features a double range plan and has three modern metal casement windows on one side, along with a single-storey extension to the north that has one window. The central doorway is flanked by a central chimney stack. Inside, there are stop-chamfered bridging joists.
