Description
Poplars Farmhouse is a late 16th or early 17th century house built with a timber frame and plaster, and covered with a red plain tile roof. It is two storeys high and has a symmetrical facade with a four-window arrangement. Windows are double-hung vertical sliding sashes with glazing bars; most are three-light windows, except for a single window on the first floor. A simple 18th century front door is topped by a hood supported on shaped brackets. A later extension has been added to the rear of the house.
