Description

1 and 2 Malting Cottages comprise a 17th-century red brick house, with a modern tile roof. The building is two storeys high and has a two-window range of early 19th-century horizontal sliding sash windows with glazing bars. A central chimney, originally red brick but rebuilt in the late 19th century, rises from the roof. Modern lean-to extensions have been added at each end of the building.
