Description

Prebendal House is a Grade II listed building located in the precincts of Peterborough. The structure is primarily built of rubble and is mainly from the 19th century, although it incorporates elements from the 15th century and later periods. It features a tile roof and has an irregular plan with two and three storeys. The elevation facing Hostry Passage includes a one-storey porch from the mid-19th century designed in a Tudor style, accompanied by a four-light window to the right. Prebendal House is part of a group that includes Deanery, Canory House and Wall, Table House, the Infirmary, and Nos 16 to 20, which are all of historical significance.
