Description

No. 317 is a 18th-century building located on the south side of Longthorpe. It features a gable facing the road and is constructed of rubble with a thatched roof and stone quoins. The building is one storey high with attics and includes one gabled dormer at the eaves. There are five windows, which are 19th-century casements with wooden lintels, and one plain door. Brick chimneys are present, and there is also a pentice extension to the right that contains one window and one door. Nos. 307, 309, and 317 form a group.
