Description

Longacre Cottage is a late 17th century to early 18th century cottage that is positioned with its back to the road and features a modern stone wing. The south range faces the garden and is constructed from coursed stone rubble, topped with a steeply pitched Collyweston stone roof that has coped gable ends. The cottage is one storey high with an attic and has two windows on the front. There are two gabled dormers and a mix of two and three-light casement windows. To the right, there is a modern door leading to a modern conservatory. The cottage has internal end chimney stacks, and there is a modern one-storey lean-to on the east end. The modern stone wing at the front (north) also has a gabled Collyweston stone roof.
