Description
Apple Acre Cottage is a 17th-century range of cottages that has been converted into a single dwelling. The construction is of coursed stone rubble. The east end has a Collyweston stone roof, while the remainder has tiles replacing the original thatch. The cottage has two storeys and a three-window front. Original casements with leaded panes are located at the right-hand end, with more modern casements elsewhere. A modern plank door and porch are situated on the left. The building features end and ridge stacks. A one-storey thatched roof extension has been added to the west end, and there is a lean-to at the rear.
