Description
The Grange is an early 19th-century house located on Pegas Road in Peakirk. It is constructed from coursed stone and features rusticated quoins. The building has a low-pitched hipped roof and stands two storeys high with three bays. The windows are sash style with glazing bars, set within moulded stone architraves that include keyblocks. The central entrance is a rusticated round arched doorway, which has a semi-circular fanlight with radial bars, leading to a six-panel door with panelled reveals.
Surrounding the house is a heavy cast iron garden area with railings and a gate, designed with trefoiled circles and ogee arches topped with finials. These are mounted on a dwarf stone wall that has small ashlar piers at each end.
