Description

No 5 Chestnut Close is an 18th-century brick cottage featuring a Collyweston stone roof with coped gable ends and tumbled brickwork. The building has brick dentil eaves and stands two storeys tall with a two-window range. The windows are small modern casements with glazing bars set in original segmental arched openings. The central doorway has been partly blocked to create a window with a segmental head. There are end chimney stacks, and to the left, there is a single-storey wing with a pantile roof and a modern door.
