Description

No. 78 Bridge Street is an 18th-century building located on the west side of Bridge Street in Peterborough. It is constructed of brick with an ashlar front that has been rendered and painted. The building features a slate mansard roof and a modillion eaves cornice. It stands two storeys tall with attics and includes four gabled dormers, each with double hung sash windows. There are four flat-arched windows without glazing bars. The entrance consists of a panelled door, and to the left, there is an elliptical carriage entrance. The building also has a 19th-century and modern shop front.
