Description
Spring Farmhouse is a 17th century and earlier stone house that was heightened and refronted in red brick during the mid 19th century. It features a low pitched slate roof with gabled ends and stands two storeys tall with two windows across the front. The first floor has casement windows, while the ground floor has a sash window with glazing bars on the left side and a 17th century splayed stone bay window on the right, which includes ovolo moulded mullions and a Collyweston stone roof. To the right of the farmhouse is a projecting stone wall that has a medieval chamfered arch doorway with a dripmould, linking the house to the barn.
