Description

5141 SUTTON NENE WAY (north side) No 12 TL 0998 48/562 II GV 2. Circa mid C19 estate cottage. Coursed rock faced stone with ashlar quoins. Collyweston stone roof with gabled ends. One storey and attic. Right hand projecting gable with lean-to porch in angle. Ground floor stone oriel on moulded stone corbel. Two and 3-light metal frame casements with lozenge panes and segmental arches. Stone chimney stacks. RCHM (13) page 76 plate 13.
