Description
Peartrees is an early to mid 19th century house located at right angles to the road in Ufford. The building is constructed of coursed stone and features flush quoins and window dressings with cambered arches. It has a low pitched Welsh slate roof with gabled ends and stands two storeys high with three bays. The windows are modern top opening light casements with glazing bars, and there is a centre French window. The house has ashlar end stacks and a long contemporary wing at the rear that runs along the road. It is included for its group value.
