Description
The garden and boiler houses located immediately southeast of Ufford Hall are 18th century service buildings. They are constructed of coursed stone with ashlar dressings and feature a stone eaves cornice. The structures are one storey high with an attic and consist of seven bays. There are five large sash windows with glazing bars, and a flush panel door on both the left and right sides, each accompanied by a rectangular fanlight. All openings are straight-headed and have keyblocks. The hipped roof is made of Collyweston stone and includes three hipped dormers with moulded cornices. An off-centre ashlar stack is present.
