Description

No. 25 on West End Road is an 18th-century house built from coursed stone rubble. It features a steeply pitched Collyweston stone roof with gabled ends and stands two storeys tall. The front has a three-window range with three-light casements set under timber lintels. The doorcases, which date from the 19th century, have cornices and are accompanied by a panelled door. There are end stacks, and a wing at the rear creates an L-shaped plan, which includes one storey and an attic. A fire insurance plaque is displayed on the front of the house.
