Description

No. 93 Wellington Street is a late 19th-century house featuring neo-classical details. It is constructed of stucco and has a Welsh slate roof. The building is two storeys high with a three-bay facade, where the central bay projects slightly. The eaves are projecting, and there are three small attic windows. A heavy moulded entablature and cornice separate the floors. The corners of the building have projecting quoins.

On the first floor, there are three windows with architrave surrounds and bracketed cills, with the central window having an arched head. The ground floor windows have similar surrounds but also include an entablature, a dentil frieze, and a cornice supported by large ornately decorated brackets. The entrance features a recessed doorway with a fanlight and a slightly arched head, surrounded by heavily rusticated detailing that includes four composite pilasters and a stepped entablature, dentil frieze, and cornice.
