Description

WELLINGTON STREET 1. 5123 No 93 TL 0821 TL 0820 1 and 3/7 II

  1. Late C19 house with neo-classical details. Stucco, Welsh slate roof. Two storeys. Three bay facade with central bay projecting. Projecting eaves. Three small attic windows. Heavy moulded entablature and cornice in between floors. Projecting quoins. Three first floor windows with architrave surrounds and bracketed cills. Central window has arched head. Similar surrounds to ground floor windows, although these also have entablature, dentil frieze and cornice on large ornately decorated brackets. Recessed doorway with fanlight and slightly arched head; heavily rusticated surround with four composite pilasters and stepped entablature, dentil frieze and cornice.
