Description
The Fountain Public House is a mid-19th century building located on Wellington Street. It is constructed of Luton grey bricks, accented with light red brick dressings, and features a hipped Welsh slate roof. The building stands two storeys tall, with the first floor displaying three sash windows that have glazing bars and are set beneath gauged red brick heads. On the ground floor, there are two canted bay windows. The left-hand doorway is framed in panelled reveals, while both this doorway and the central doorway are adorned with surrounds that include pilasters, an entablature, and a cornice.
