Description

No. 30 Church Street, also known as Gannock Farm, is a house dating from the late 17th century or early 18th century. It is a timber-framed structure with colourwashed plaster infill and features a thatched roof. The building has a two-room plan and is one storey high with attics. There are two 2-light casement windows with glazing bars on each floor, and the attic windows are located in eyebrow dormers. A 20th-century gabled porch and door are present, aligned with a brick double ridge stack. Additionally, there is a 20th-century extension at the rear.
