No. 44 High Street is a late 18th century or early 19th century building located on the south side of High Street in Leighton Buzzard. It is constructed of red brick and features an old tiled roof. The building stands three storeys high and has three sash windows with glazing bars set in reveals beneath flat arches. There is a 19th century shop front, and a carriageway is located on the right side of the building.
