Description
Crawley Park Farmhouse is a 17th-century house with a timber-framed structure sitting on a brick and rubble base. The northern wing features red brick infilling, while the southern wing is covered in colourwashed roughcast render, with the timber framing exposed on the west elevation. The house has a thatched roof that is half-hipped on the north and west sides. It is designed in an L-shape over two storeys, with a small single-storey colourwashed brick block attached to the southern gable end.
On the east elevation, both the ground and first floors have three 4-light casement windows with glazing bars and moulded frames. There are red brick paired diagonal ridge stacks that are slightly off-line with the door. The single-storey section has a 3-light casement window with glazing bars and an integral red brick stack. The west elevation features a variety of windows, mostly casements with glazing bars.
