Description
Crawley Hall is a house dating from the 18th century, with later modifications. It is constructed of red brick laid in a distinctive header bond, with much of the brickwork having a vitrified appearance. The roof is tiled. The main front range comprises five windows arranged irregularly. The house follows an L-shaped plan and extends over two storeys. A two-storey canted bay window, featuring small, panelled casements, is positioned off-centre. The surrounding windows are generally sash windows with glazing bars, with the exception of casements on the ground floor to the right-hand side. Two first-floor windows are blind. All windows are set within gauged brick flat-arched surrounds. A panelled door, with a glazed top panel, is sheltered by a gabled open porch. The building has one brick gable end chimney stack and one brick ridge stack.
