Description

Cherry Tree Cottage and Orchard Cottage are a pair of cottages, seemingly created by dividing a larger property. They date from the 18th century and are built with a timber frame covered in colourwashed roughcast. The roofs are thatched, with one end half-hipped. The cottages have a four-room layout and one storey with attics. The ground floor has five 2-light casement windows, and the attic has three eyebrow dormers, each with a 2-light casement. A plank door leads into number 108, while number 109 has a 20th-century part-glazed door. A red brick ridge stack runs along the centre of the roof. 20th-century single-storey additions have been made to the rear and to the north gable end.
