Description
The Vicarage is a house dating from the 18th century, with alterations made in the 19th century, and it may include parts of an earlier structure. The older sections feature pebbledash render, while the later additions are constructed of light mottled brick. The building has hipped clay tile roofs and a complex plan, consisting of a main block that is two storeys high with attics.
On the north elevation, there are early flush sash windows with glazing bars, with two on the ground floor and three on the first floor. To the left of the front door is a small casement window. The roof features two gabled dormers, each with two-light casements. The central doorway is notable for its six-panel door, a semi-circular fanlight with radiating glazing bars, a moulded surround, and a moulded pediment supported by ribbed consoles. There is also a 20th-century gabled porch.
