Description

The front terrace wall to Chew's House, dating from around 1715, is a red brick retaining wall with a parapet. It features a central broad flight of steps leading up, which is flanked by modern wrought iron gates. This structure is included for its group value with Nos 65 to 75 (odd) and Chew's House, as they form a cohesive architectural group.
