Description
Froxfield House is a house from the late 18th century, constructed of red brick with some flared bricks and topped with a 20th-century tile roof. The building features a three-room plan and stands two storeys high with attics. On the ground floor, there are three 3-light windows, while the first floor has three 3-light windows and one 2-light window. The attic includes two gabled dormers, each with 2-light windows. All windows are 20th-century casements without glazing bars. The ground and first floor windows have gauged brick flat-arched heads. The entrance features a six-panel door set in panelled reveals, and there is a flat-roofed trellis porch. A brick band runs at the first floor level, and there is a brick dentil eaves cornice. The house has one red brick ridge stack and two red brick gable end stacks, with the right-hand one being integral.
