Description

This barn, located approximately 20 metres southwest of Crawley Hall, dates from the late 17th century or early 18th century. It features a substantial timber frame that is clad in weatherboarding and has a half-hipped thatched roof. The barn has a three-bay plan and a clasped purlin roof, with most of the original timbering still intact. The north elevation includes double doors on the left-hand bay and a small door in the central bay, which aligns with the double doors on the south elevation. Additionally, there is a thatched hipped lean-to addition on the east gable end.
