Description

Church Cottages is a mid-19th century terrace of estate cottages, consisting of three adjoining pairs built on slightly different building lines. The cottages are constructed from coursed limestone rubble and feature a slate roof. Each cottage has two bays and is two storeys high. The northwest elevation shows that each pair of cottages has a central gable. On the first floor, each cottage has two 2-light casement windows with glazing bars. The ground floor also features two 2-light casement windows with glazing bars, flanking an open-sided gabled porch supported by thick, rustic timber posts.
