Description

No. 36 High Street is a house dating from 1757, as indicated by the datestone on the northeast gable end. The building is constructed of coursed limestone rubble and has an L-shaped plan. It features an old clay tile roof with stone gable coping. The northwest elevation includes two dormer windows with pent roofs. On the ground floor, there is a 20th-century bow-fronted shop window alongside a 3-light casement window.
