Description

This is a row of houses located at 17, 18, and 19 Gold Street, built in 1858, as indicated by the datestone R.L.O. The buildings are constructed of coursed limestone rubble and feature a concrete pantile roof. The eaves are adorned with brick modillions. The houses are two storeys high with attics, and there are three 20th-century box dormers. The windows are all 20th-century casement style, with three on the first floor and four on the ground floor, each having slightly cambered heads. There are two doorways. These houses are included for their group value.
