Description

This is an 18th-century dovecote located at Church Farmhouse on the north-western side of High Street in Podington. The dovecote is constructed of coursed limestone rubble and has a hipped clay tile roof. It features a gablet at the apex with louvred ends. The original nesting boxes are now covered up. A 20th-century flat-roofed addition extends from the east elevation and contains double garage doors.
