Description

This is a 17th or early 18th century house situated on the north side of High Street, Odell. The house has a gable end facing the road and is constructed of coursed limestone rubble with thatched roofing. Originally, the house comprised two rooms with a central back-to-back hearth; a smaller wing was added to the north end, and there is a modern extension to this northern wing. The house has one storey with attics. Modern windows are set under timber lintels.
