Description

No. 173 on High Street is a 17th-century house featuring pebbledash render over a timber frame and a clay tile roof. The building has a two-room plan and stands two stories tall, with a lower roofline on the southern bay. Each floor has two three-light casement windows with glazing bars. There is a part-glazed door set in a moulded surround. A red brick integral stack is located at the northern gable end, and there is a single-storey pantiled addition on the northern gable end.
