Description

16 and 18 Kimbolton Road are a pair of Neo-Classical stucco villas built between 1840 and 1850. They feature a symmetrical design with a recessed center and two storeys, flanked by three-storey wings that have channelled quoins. There is a first-floor sill band, and the windows are arranged in a 1:2:1 pattern of casements. The right-hand wing has one window that is recessed. These buildings are part of a group that includes Nos 10 to 30 (even) and Nos 30A and 30B.
