Description

The main building of Bedford School was constructed between 1889 and 1891. It features a symmetrical Neo-Tudor design with a central tower and gabled end wings. The building is made of red brick with stone dressings. The sections connecting the tower to the wings are recessed and have ground floor arcades, each featuring three tall windows. A small spire is located at the center of the roof ridge. The architect of this structure is E C Robins.
