Description

This is a Neo-Classical villa dating from the 1840s and 1850s. It is constructed of stucco with a Welsh slate roof. The design features a pedimented two-storey and attic central section, accentuated by six Doric pilasters. This central section contains two windows, with a small pediment topping the pilasters within the tympanum. The side wings are slightly recessed, and incorporate porches in antis, which are supported by consoles beneath the lintels. Numbers 20 and 22 are part of a group that includes numbers 10 to 30 (even), and numbers 30A and 30B.
