Description

Elderswell Farm is a late 17th-century house that has undergone some alterations in the 19th century. It is built from coursed limestone rubble and features a clay tile roof that is hipped at the north end. The house is designed in an L-plan and has two storeys. On the east elevation, there are three 19th-century two-light casement windows with glazing bars on each floor. Between the two left-hand windows on the ground floor, there is a doorway topped with a flat hood. The rear elevation includes two remaining two-light leaded casements and a one-storey lean-to.
